Restore and Revitalize Our Tribute to All Who Served

Work has begun on the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum's million-dollar renovation of its exhibit space!

Our goal is to preserve and best display our veterans’ historical artifacts for museum visitors. Upgrades including new lighting, engineered glass and door systems, and humidity control will create an ideal environment to preserve and display our collection. This renovation will help us best display our collection of personal stories, immersive exhibits, and interactive technologies, resulting in the ultimate experience for our visitors.

This extensive renovation promises an exciting future for visitors of all ages. However, we need your help. Upgrading exhibits, installing cutting-edge technology, and creating a greatly improved and expanded platform for learning, are essential as we continue to educate the community about our nation’s veterans.

To become “General” the museum asks for a gift of $50,000 or more fund the complete renovation of one exhibit space. In recognition of the “General” level of giving, a bronze plaque with donor’s name will be added to our recognition panel which is prominently located in front hall of Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum. A General is also recognized on the museum’s website, the museum social media sites and the annual report.

Our goal of $1 million will be achieved with the support of individuals, corporations, and foundations who recognize the value and understand the importance of military history along with the lessons learned from the heroes who are part of this story.
