Wedding receptions hosted in our grand ballroom range from 100 to 300 seated guests with ample room for dancing. Couples have multiple cocktail hour and ceremony location options based on guest count and aesthetic preference. We offer a variety of catering, linen, event equipment, lighting, draping and audio visual vendors for clients to choose from via our Authorized Vendors List. The venue provides all bar services and has a variety of beverage packages to choose from.

The Perfect Wedding
The grand ballroom's warm neutral color palette of creme with deep green, sage, red and gold accents lend themselves to both minimalist and extravagant decor selections in a multitude of color schemes. From soft pastel garden party to moody jewel tones to mixed metals to black and white and everything in between, we've seen it all work perfectly in our space. The ballroom’s ornate high ceiling is hand painted to show off the exquisite craftsmanship and architecture.
In addition to the grand ballroom itself, you and your guests will have the opportunity to enjoy several other spaces within the facility. The third floor foyer outside of the grand ballroom, equipped with bars, serves as our included cocktail space, allowing your guests to mingle before they are seated. The picturesque grand balcony overlooking the ballroom offers your guests a breathtaking bird’s eye view of the reception as well as an excellent vantage point for your photo and video team. The Board Room, also included, serves as the perfect wedding party suite for private refreshments and freshening up before your grand introduction.
For an additional fee, some couples elect to host their cocktail hour on our front patio or amidst the building's first floor lobby and surrounding wings of the museum. This allows guests the opportunity to view a unique look into American history by telling the stories of the individuals that served our country through military equipment, artifacts and personal mementos. This option is especially encouraged for larger weddings.
If an onsite wedding ceremony is something you envision, we are happy to oblige! Ceremonies may be arranged in the front patio, auditorium or grand ballroom.
Military discounts are available as well as non-Saturday discounts with the exception of holiday weekends.
